Three-day festival honoring Tampa Bay's Historic Central Ave Black Business District ("The Scrub") in celebration of National Black Business Month. Programming includes the B.I.G Sunset Market & Concert in Ybor featuring Tampa's UP NEXT Awardees, a day-long market and food-truck experience at Perry Harvey Sr. Park with 100+ Black-owned businesses, and a wellness day with holistic workshops and health vendors.
