Two-and-a-half-hour, 1.25-mile guided walk through West Oakland's Hoover-Foster neighborhood with local historians David Peters and Gene Anderson, tracing 100+ years of Black Oakland — the spiritual home of the local Black Panther Party, journalist Delilah Beasley's block, and ending at an AR-enabled mural.
