By Marcus Whitfield, DMV Correspondent

Baltimore does brunch its own way. You'll find upscale plates in Harbor East, sibling-run kitchens in Federal Hill, rooftop day parties near the Bromo Arts District, and pop-ups tucked into Fells Point. This is a guide, not a ranking — ten Black-owned spots and Black-hosted series to put on your Sunday rotation.

BLK Swan — Harbor East

Black-owned upscale New American at 1302 Fleet St. Come for bottomless mimosas and live DJ sets running 12–4pm. A polished Harbor East pick when you want the meal and the music.

Sibs Food Boutique — Federal Hill

Black-woman-owned brunch at 1538 Light St, run by four siblings. The signature lamb and grits is the calling card. A tight, family-built spot in the heart of Federal Hill.

Yeiboh Kitchen — Maryland Ave

Black-owned by Food Network Chopped winner Chef Sammy Davis, at 2219 Maryland Ave. Weekly Sunday brunch with DJ Mello on the tables. Chef-driven food with a soundtrack.

The Manor — Mt Vernon

"Mind Your Manor's" weekly Sunday brunch at 924 N Charles St, hosted by CertifiedFlyGuy & Friends. Grown-and-sexy vibe. A Mt Vernon standard for a stylish Sunday.

The Garden Rooftop — Bromo Arts District

"Sunday Funday" weekly brunch runs 12–4pm at 411 N Paca St, then rolls straight into a rooftop day party. Expect Afrobeats, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, Soca, and R&B. Brunch and party, one address.

V-NO Wine and Cocktail Bar — Fells Point

A pop-up Sunday brunch series at 905 S Ann St in Fells Point. Cajun salmon and grits, whiskey-glazed wings, and DJs on rotation. Check ahead — this one moves with the pop-up schedule.

Clase Lounge — Washington Blvd

"TEW REAL Brunch" runs weekly on Sundays at 2709 Washington Blvd, with an open mic hosted by Si Tew Funny. Food, laughs, and a stage. Bring your Sunday and your comedy.

Daisy Baked It Studio — Downtown

"Baddies Who Brunch" at 32 S Calvert St pairs guided floral cake decorating with a brunch spread. Cocktails and mimosas, 21+. A hands-on Sunday for a crew that wants to do more than eat.

Saddle Up Rodeo BBQ Brunch — NE Baltimore

A Black-cowboy-themed BBQ brunch and day party at 6515 Belair Rd, with music. Come hungry and ready to move. A different kind of Sunday in Northeast Baltimore.

Martin's West — Baltimore

A community awards brunch recognizing Black Baltimore youth and community leaders. Less party, more purpose — a Sunday that celebrates the people doing the work.

Ten spots, one city, and a whole lot of ways to spend a Sunday. Whether you're after bottomless mimosas, a rooftop set, or a community celebration, Baltimore's got a table for it.
