Capital City Cultural Community Outreach hosts the Juneteenth Empowerment Day Festival at Cascades Park from 2 to 8 p.m. The free festival features live performances, local Black-owned food vendors, music, games, giveaways, and an art showcase. The downtown amphitheater setting brings together Tallahassee's Black community and allies for a celebration of freedom, heritage, and empowerment.
