MLK Community Center Juneteenth Celebration

The MLK Community Center hosts a neighborhood-rooted Juneteenth celebration in the heart of East Central Spokane. The community-wide event features soul food and traditional Juneteenth fare, live music and DJs, raffle prizes, kids' activities, and information from local community organizations serving Black families in Spokane. Long a hub for civil rights work and youth programming in Spokane, the MLK Center uses the celebration to connect neighbors, honor emancipation, and showcase the resilience and joy of Spokane's African American community. The event is free and open to the public.
