Juneteenth Park Celebration at Riverfront Park

The Inland Northwest Juneteenth Coalition hosts Spokane's flagship Juneteenth celebration on the North Bank of Riverfront Park. The free, family-centered, fully accessible event draws thousands from across Eastern Washington and North Idaho for an afternoon of live music, entertainment, cultural performances, kids' activities, a vibrant marketplace of Black-owned businesses and local vendors, food trucks, and community resource booths. The celebration honors the freedom of formerly enslaved people while uplifting the African American community of the Inland Northwest through art, education, and intergenerational gathering. Designed to be inclusive of all ages and abilities.
