Flushing Town Hall marks Juneteenth with an evening of storytelling and song led by April Armstrong, actress, singer and National Storytelling Network award winner whose work has long centered the histories and voices of the African diaspora. The program weaves spirituals, oral history and original narrative to honor the holiday inside one of Queens' most historic venues. Limited seating; doors open prior to the performance.
