Knoxville MLK Parade and Juneteenth Celebration 2026

Knoxville's signature Juneteenth event combines the Annual MLK Parade with the Juneteenth Celebration on Friday, June 19, 2026. The parade lines up at Chilhowee Park (Gate #13, 301 N Beaman St) at 8:30 AM and steps off at 10:00 AM, marching down Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue to Dr. Walter Hardy Park. From 11 AM to 3 PM, the Juneteenth Celebration at Dr. Walter Hardy Park features live entertainment, 50+ vendors, food, and family-friendly activities. Free bus transportation to the lineup is provided. Organized by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Commission of Greater Knoxville.
