On Friday, June 19, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the City of Joliet hosts a Friday Night Concert Series in honor of Juneteenth featuring gospel music. The concert takes place at City Square, downtown Joliet's new gathering space at the corner of Clinton and Chicago Streets. The series is presented in partnership with Chicago Street Pub as part of the inaugural City Square 2026 events season.
