Juneteenth South Broward 10th Annual Parade & Celebration

10th anniversary parade and festival celebrating African American culture and history in South Broward. Parade begins at 10 a.m. at Washington Park Community Center, traveling along Pembroke Rd to 56th Ave, north to Washington, east to 52nd Ave and back to Washington Park, led by Junkanoo Dancers and stilt walkers. Festival follows with live music (featured entertainer Eloquence the Band), gospel performances, motivational speakers, artists and vendors, a 3-point basketball competition, an inaugural sweet potato pie contest, bounce house, petting zoo, and kids' activities.
