The 7th Annual JuneteenthHBG Juneteenth Jubilee takes place Friday, June 19, 2026 starting at 12:00 PM at Soldiers and Sailors Grove behind the Pennsylvania State Capitol. The family-friendly festival features free food, live performances, food trucks, vendors, and community resources. Organized by YPOC Harrisburg, the celebration is part of a week-long series marking 250 years of American history and 10 years of YPOC. Most events are free or low-cost.
