Sunday programming at Water's Edge Park leans into family, gospel-tinged sets, community recognition, and a closing-out vibe that honors the weekend's "Waves of Liberation" theme. The Sunday main-stage performance is presented by TABPHE-CC, the festival's volunteer-run host organization that has built this event into one of South Texas's signature Juneteenth observances over the past nine years. Black-owned vendors, food trucks, and the health and wellness pavilion continue through the day.
