Saturday at the Coastal Bend Juneteenth Festival is anchored by a headlining performance from Texas hip-hop icon Bun B, half of legendary Port Arthur duo UGK and a generational voice of Southern rap. The festival's main concert day fills Water's Edge Park along the Corpus Christi bayfront with a full slate of supporting acts, dance and step performances, a kids' zone, food trucks, and dozens of Black-owned vendors, all framed by views of the marina and downtown skyline. Entry is just $5 (children 12 and under $1), making it one of the most accessible major Juneteenth concerts on the Gulf Coast. The day continues into evening with DJ sets and community programming organized by TABPHE-CC.
