Brooklyn Park's 4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration includes a parade walk and family programming at North Hennepin Community College from 1–5 pm. The 2026 theme is 'Planting Seeds of Freedom: Cultivating Healthy and Thriving Brooklyns.'
