Juneteenth Craft at Enoch Pratt Free Library

The Enoch Pratt Free Library hosts a Juneteenth Craft program for adults at the Patterson Park branch as part of its citywide commemoration of the federal holiday. The hands-on workshop pairs creative making with a brief history of Juneteenth and Maryland's complex emancipation story, encouraging participants to explore symbols of freedom through fabric, paper, and mixed-media projects. Materials are provided and participants take their finished crafts home. The Enoch Pratt Free Library is one of the oldest free public library systems in the United States, established in 1882, and runs Juneteenth-related programming across its branches in early to mid June. Registration is encouraged because supplies are limited but walk-ins are welcomed while seats remain.
